๐ Design Your Template
On the Document Templates page, you'll find all the options to style your documents. Hereโs a breakdown of each setting:

1. Template Style
Choose the overall layout for your documents. You can select from different designs (e.g., T1, T2, T3) to find the one that best fits your business style.
2. Company Logo
Make your invoices instantly recognisable by adding your logo.
- To Upload: Click Change Logo and select your image file.
- File Requirements: For best results, upload a JPEG or PNG file that is 1MB or smaller.
- To Hide: If you prefer not to show a logo, simply uncheck the Display logo box.
3. Accent Color
Set a primary color that will be used for headings, lines, and other highlights on your invoices. This is a great way to align your documents with your brand's color scheme.
- Click the color swatch to open the color picker. You can select a pre-defined color or enter a specific HEX code for a perfect match.
4. Default Text Fields
Set default text that will automatically appear on your documents, saving you from typing it repeatedly.
- Title: This is the main heading for the document (e.g., "Tax Invoice," "Quote," "Credit Note"). This field is required.
- Footer: This text appears at the very bottom of every document. It's the perfect place for a thank-you message, your payment terms, or bank account details.
Once you are happy with your changes, they will be saved automatically and applied to all new documents you create.
